These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lode291 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on lode291, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

lode291 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at lode291's sole discretion.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on lode291. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. lode291 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify lode291 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• lode291 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• Accepted KYC documents include government-issued IDs such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID.
• lode291 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its sole discretion.

lode291 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, among other approved payment channels. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your lode291 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. lode291 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. lode291 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. lode291 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the lode291 account.
• lode291 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
• Funds deposited on lode291 may not be transferred to other users.
• lode291 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

lode291 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• lode291 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in arbitrage betting — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• lode291 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses if it determines that a promotion has been exploited in bad faith.

All games available on lode291 are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

lode291 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games, and live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. lode291 will not reverse a settled bet except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, lode291 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded.
• lode291 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lode291 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of bots, scripts, or other automated tools.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities. Any such bugs must be reported to lode291 support immediately.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lode291 staff or other players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lode291 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

lode291 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• lode291's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• lode291 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit lode291's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

lode291 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Platform, other players, or lode291's reputation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting lode291 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

lode291 operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

lode291 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lode291 will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
